Life is Precious,
don’t waste your days…
9-11 helped remind us thatEACH day counts
cuz tomorrow may never come…
this is not the dress rehearsal, this IS your life…
respect it, enjoy it, honor it.

Learn With Every Goodbye
Unknown
“‹
After a while, you learn the subtle difference
between holding a hand and chaining a soul,“‹
And you learn that love doesn’t mean leaning,“‹
And company doesn’t mean security,
“‹
And you begin to learn that kisses aren’t contracts,“‹
And presents aren’t promises,“‹
And you begin to accept your defeats“‹
With grace and dignity,
“‹
With your head high and eyes open,“‹
And learn to build all your roads on today“‹
Because tomorrow’s ground is too uncertain for plans,“‹
And futures have a way of falling down in mid-flight.
“‹
And after a while, you learn that even sunshine burns if you get too much.“‹
So you plant your own garden“‹
and decorate your own soul, instead of waiting for someone to bring you flowers.
“‹
And you learn that you really can endure…“‹ That you really are strong“‹
And you really do have worth … And you learn, and learn…“‹
With every goodbye….. you learn and learn.
LIFE IS PRECIOUS.
The person who completes suicide – dies once.
Those left behind, die a 1000 deaths.
The Grand Canyon is my Cathedral,my Temple… My Spiritual Grounding…
“‹
When I look into that vast chasm in the earth,
I am humbled and reminded how unimportant I am. I realize the Grand Canyon will exist years after my death, as it had existed years before I was born. BUT… as I watch the chipmunks running around moving seeds, the birds circling below me moving grains from one place to another, and I realize that it was the tiny drops of water that cut thru the canyon to make it so majestic, I also realize I am… and You are … Important,
that we have a role in Life, we have a purpose in Living. And How our Lives should not be wasted. Leave a Legacy, an Imprint,
make YOUR LIFE count. dr. g.
“Should you shield the canyons from the windstorms, you would never see the beautiful carvings.”
Beautiful Butterfly
“‹
The Caterpillar changed his mind and awoke to find himself refined
His old self had to Die for him to be a Butterfly
“‹
He tired of walking on the Ground and so around himself he wound
A shimmering screen of silken strands a veil untouched by human hands
“‹
Then something subtle changed within reflected by his changing skin
He had a change of Heart and wished to play another part
“‹
Like that worm, I can fly, a rainbow colored Butterfly
Upon the winds of time so I with wings of light will climb
Beyond this cold dark abyss to that land of love and bliss
Where grows a tree of Life so sweet its pleasing fruit
for us our meat
And there we’ll live eternally our bodies free of entropy
A song will fill the sky, the love song of a Butterfly
“‹
Its never a matter of Time its always a matter of Heart
the Transformation that takes place
in the twinkleof an “I”
