Remember, NARCISSISTS are really very insecure,
and they have a SUPER EGO, not a healthy EGO…

Super as in ‘look at the car I drive, or how much money I have,” versus healthy ego, “when you get to know me you might like me, if not there are others who will”.  They have to remind you over and over how good they are, or wonderful, or smart.

Healthy ego comes with Humbleness, Super Ego with Humiliating (others) to feel better. Healthy Ego comes from inner peace. Super Ego is usually a reaction to something/someone/some action that told them they were not OK, not good enough, stupid, needed to work harder like your sister – those types of comments from parents, teachers, family, preachers, siblings.
